It is impossible to ignore the impact that global warming is having on our planet. All of our packaging is recycled and recyclable, we try to keep food miles to a minimum, and we are constantly striving to be as green and as ethical as we can be.

We have tried as hard as we can to stock produce that cannot be found in any of the larger supermarkets. Please let us know if you or any of your friends make lovely things that would be at home on our shelves.

Suppliers include:

• Day's Cottage, Brookthorpe - traditionally pressed cider using single-variety apples
• Chesterton Farm, Cirencester - home smoked bacon from just up the road
• Shipton Mill, Tetbury - flour from one of the oldest working mills in the country
• The Organic Smokehouse, Clunbury - traditionally slow smoked produce ranging from salmon to salt
• The Country Monkey Granola - organic oats, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds, combined with fresh apple and Cotswold honey, jumbo raisins and berries.
